The e-shop on the website miriandfit.ie, operated by Miri & Fit Ltd., company number: 679515, based in Athlone, processes personal data provided by customers to fulfill orders, confirm the Terms and Conditions, manage shipments, and maintain necessary communication, as required by law.

The Controller processes personal data obtained with the consent of the Customer and collected through the contract for the purchase and fulfillment of the electronic order created on the e-shop [miriandfit.ie].
The Controller only processes identifying and contact details of the Customer that are necessary to fulfill the purchase contract.
Personal data is processed for shipping, accounting, and necessary communication purposes between the parties for the duration required by law. Personal data will not be made public or transferred to other countries.

Personal data is required for fulfilling the purchase contract. The contract cannot be concluded without the necessary personal data.
Duration of Personal Data Storage
The Controller will store personal data for the period necessary to fulfill the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between the Controller and the Customer, and for a duration of 3 years following the conclusion of the contractual relationship.
After this period, all personal data will be deleted.

The following third parties process the Customer's personal data on behalf of the Controller. These third parties provide essential services for the successful fulfillment of the purchase contract and processing of the electronic order:

Final Provisions
By placing an electronic order on the website miriandfit.ie, the Customer confirms being informed of the conditions regarding personal data protection and fully accepts them.
The Customer accepts these rules by ticking the checkbox in the order purchase form.
The Controller reserves the right to update these rules at any time. Any updated versions will be published on the website.
